1 square margarine or butter
3 oz. square cream cheese
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Blend together margarine, cream cheese, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar, cocoa, and nuts. Knead by hand or with dough hooks until smooth. Form into 2 logs on waxed paper and roll in waxed paper. Chill; slice in 1/4 inch slices. Serve.
