2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnoman
1 cup drained crushed pinapple (optional)
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
Mix Flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnoman and baking powder. In a separate bowl mix oil, sugar, and eggs then add to dry ingredients. Add carrots, pineapple, and walnuts.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
Frosting:
8oz cream cheese
1 stick of margerine
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
